Lamprey Has Star Power at da Vinci Days

The “Forgotten Fish,” an ancient (and threatened) species native to Oregon’s rivers, found many new supporters among the hundreds who enjoyed da Vinci Days in July.

The Forgotten Fish — the Pacific lamprey — drew a crowd at da Vinci Days in Corvallis in July. Lamprey are declining throughout their range.
